HB 100                                                                                            
A message dated March 23, 2001, was read stating the Senate has                                     
passed HB 100 with the following amendment and it is transmitted for                                
consideration:                                                                                      
                                                                                                    
    SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 100(STA)                                                           
    "An Act establishing the third Saturday of each June as Juneteenth
